*sigh*
I am not feeling very well. My head just feels all stuffy. I think I'm going to try to take a shower, and then work on my website.
Our computer was acting pretty fun for the last week. The display would blink off, and then would act totally broken. So I've been doing most of my stuff in safe mode or in 640x480 display, which sucks.
Jon, Jimmy, and I left for Indianapolis at 2am on Saturday to get Jon's motor and we got back to Cedar Rapids at 4pm. That was a long boring ride, and I was so tired that I feel asleep almost as soon as we got home. I only slept for an hour though because I didn't want to be up all night. Afterward, Jon and I went to Home Depot to get a CO detector and some stuff at teh grocery store. I've been eating a lot of rice, bean sprouts, and baby carrots. They make tasty snacks that aren't really bad for you.
We also watched the movie Dark Water last night. I don't really like scary movies, but I didn't think it was very scary. It was pretty predictable, but it fulfilled its duty as being mildly entertaining.
I woke up at 11am this morning and had two biscuits for breakfast. And then Jenny called. It's so nice to talk to her. I have to make a better effort of calling my friends more often!
I'm really excited for Katherine! Yay! I hope things went well during her interview. I hope she gets to go to the school she wants!
I think I'm going to go do some laundry, eat a yogurt, and then take my shower. Then I might take a nap. I don't understand why I'm tired when I slept for almost 12 hours. I think it has to do with only getting a few hours of sleep friday night, getting ~2 hours of sleep in the car, and being sick. Maybe poor nutrition is part of the problem too.
I really wanted to go shopping today. *sigh* I've realized that almost all of my pants are ridiculously big (minus pants from high school that are a little too small). Jon makes fun of me that he can put his head in my pants at my waist. I know he probably couldn't, but he could stick a text book or two in there. THe only problem is that I don't want to spend more than $25 for a pair of pants, and the pants I've always seen for women are sized such that to fit into the length (and not have the bottoms crawl up past my socks when I sit), the waist is atleast an inch or two too big for even my hips. Most of my jeans you could pull right off my bottom if I didn't wear a belt!!!!!
So I'm going to either buy men's pants or search harder for correct fitting women's pants. I'm not looking forward to this ONE bit!
